"While the location is great, it felt that they didn't try. The place has holes on the roof, knobs that are falling off, and hung frames that don't have pictures in them. The cleaning process hadn't been completed when we arrived. "

"comms were missed and not responded to. internet info was outdated and did not work. dated decor - grounds were tired, leaking shower tray, dated carpets and lights, no coffee machine "

"We recently stayed at a Bloom Stays property - Lower Standen Farm, for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding with our close family. The property is absolutely stunning and was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was particularly well equipped to cater for a large group and having 2 dishwashers was a luxury we didn't know we needed!The communication from Bloom Stays was excellent throughout the process. They gave us a great recommendation for a caterer who came in and cooked...

"Magical place. You could go half way round the globe and not find something as way out as Dungeness. Pump House not cheap but everything absolutely top spec. I'd never go somewhere that's not at least as good as where I live?"
