"This place is well located just outside the old part of town. It is a very very basic room. Unfortunately several things were not functioning. The curtains couldn't be drawn. The showerhead was handheld and nowhere to hang it, so you had to hold it while showering. And the lamp by the bed missed a light bulb. When I asked for one the owner told me, it didn't work at all. I had booked through hotels.com and had chosen to pay on arrival. Never do that! The owner would only accept cash. Also I was made to pay the equivalent of 10 euro per night in city tax. I later learned the maximum city tax in Sarajevo is 4 euro per night. The owner and his sister who work together were very friendly and seemed nice, but I do feel very cheated. "

"Very nice small hotel located close to the old town (Baščaršija) and the lovely Kovači-street. The staff were friendly and able to help us with any questions we had, also in terms of booking a taxi for our (very early) morning flight. My partner and I have stayed there twice now when our travels have taken us to Sarajevo and we will continue coming back! "
