"We enjoyed our short 1 night stay. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The host left water and snacks, which our boys loved. Every room had a tv which kept everyone happy. Our host was friendly and easy to work with. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. Overall great stay!"

"The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side...

"This property is absolutely beautiful! The views from Mt. Alto are amazing!! Inside of house was immaculate. However, the outside of the property needed some TLC. When we arrived, the battery to key pad to the entry door was dead. But, no trouble whatsoever when reaching the manager! She had someone out to replace the battery within the hour. Everything in the house was clean, and the rooms were impeccably decorated. The driveway is very steep and is in need of repair, but the listing was...

"The house is beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen. Great for family meals! Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The pool is awesome. If we visit Rome in the future, we will definitely book Rocky 1 again!!"

"The value of the property was good, but water pressure was no good. There was no secure lock on front door. There were only four towels for a 2 night stay. Leftover bottled water in the fridge from previous tenants; some which have already been opened. There was no ac vent in the second bedroom, which made it very hot and uncomfortable.The house was nicely decorated and put together, great & safe location. A little extra TLC and I would have given this a 5 star review. "

"Good accomodations for four. One full bathroom a challenge. Needs more silverware/dishes/mugs. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Great location, quiet street. Great Wifi, kitchen hardware, washer and dryer."
