"Great location right off Grandview Drive, close to all the pubs, shops, and restaurants. The home is darling and comfortably slept our family of 7. Kitchen was very nicely updated and living area very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. We are already thinking of gatherings we can have back here as...

"Great river location. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Giant tv in basement was fun for kid’s video games. Restaurant next door had great staff and was very convenient the nights I didn’t feel like cooking."

"Beautiful home and great scenery. We were in town for the Brad Wallin Memorial tournament, so we didn't get to enjoy the home as much as we wanted. If we are ever in the area again we will definately try and rent this place again."

"We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!"

"Excellent experience. House was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants, etc. Access to the Rock Island trail is one house over. Sitting on the private deck overlooking the trail was a highlight. Ashley was always quick to respond and super helpful. Would definitely come again."
