Perfekt tur til Rom
Rigtig god lejlighed for os som par, der var det der skulle være i lejligheden (husk dog viskestykker og karklude selv) så vi kunne lave morgenmad m.m Så alt i alt perfekt. Sød og hjælpsom vært, både med transport og tips til fx gode spisesteder

Saubere und tolle Unterkunft, entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Die Kücheneinrichtung beinhaltet alles was man benötigt, wie z.B. Geschirr, Mikro, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Herd, Toaster und Kaffee- und Spülmaschine. Eine Grundausstattung an Tee, Kaffeekapseln sowie ein paar Kekse waren auch vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren inklusive. Ein separater Raum mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen sowie Wäscheständer gab es auch. Das Bad war sauber und relativ groß. Eine Ablage in der Dusche sowie am Waschbecken wäre sinnvoll. Im Schlafzimmer gab es einen eingebauten und begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Matratze war gut, das Bett aber leider nur 1,90 m lang. Das Kabelfernsehen beinhaltet nur italienische Programme, hier wäre eine Satellitenanschluss wünschenswert. Fazit: Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen nur weiterempfehlen.

The property was spacious and clean. We were greeted by the key holder. The area was down a small side road and was mostly quiet except for some drunks at night. Within easy walking distance of some sights and not far to to bus stop to reach others. Amenities as advertised, although the iron had lost it's temperature control dial so was stuck on one setting. The small terrace has an internal view and is permanently in shade, which is probably great in Summer heat, but not much use in Spring. We asked the owner to arrange a taxi back to the airport and the reply took a couple of days, but after chasing again he did reply and a private taxi did turn up on time. Overall though a good stay.

Hébergement très bien situé, indications claires pour pour l’enregistrement et le service de réservation de transport aéroportuaire est très apprécié. Appartement parfait pour deux personnes, bien équipé et à proximité pour l’épicerie, restaurants et attraits touristiques. Nous avons marché Rome, aucun transport en commun nécessaire de cet emplacement. Merci, je recommande.

Perfect apartment to stay in center of Rome
Excellent location in Rome, many shops and restaurants nearby and walkable to many popular destinations. Plenty of space for a family of 4 to relax. AC worked well during a June heatwave. The washing machine was useful. The kitchen and small balcony attached were great pluses to cook some and relax for our stay of several nights.

Le quartier est fabuleux! L'appartement est idéalement situé, à distance de marche de tout!! Plusieurs commerces d'alimentation et restaurants entourent l'appartement ce qui est très pratique. Quartier très vivant le jour comme la nuit, impossible de s'y ennuyer. Transport en commun à deux minutes. Appartement très propre, toutes les commodités à l'intérieur, nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. Pour les gens très sensible aux bruits, il est préférable d'avoir des bouchons d'oreille pour s'endormir car quelques bruits proviennent de la rue, ce qui est tout à fait pour les immeubles de ce type. Je recommande ++++

The apartment was much larger than I expected and extremely convenient. It was smack in the center ot everything. If you're into walking and exploring, locations don't get much better. Within a few miles you can reach tons of places. You can trip and fall into an amazing restaurant and it felt like a very safe area. Extremely pleased with the apartment, the location and the price. All very fair for what you get.

MUST READ cuz I DONT DO WHITE LIES so you know! Location is gret at Grotta Pinta 4 .WHAT A SHAME THAT ALL THEY WANT is PEOPLES MONEY! We stayed in that apartment/bed and breakfast for 7days and paid $177/nt plus other fees BUT it should have at least enough towels and coffee. They provvided 2 towels,2 face cloths,2 toilet paper, 2 instant coffee for two persons for 6days! Common sense you people!! They don’t clean til the day you check out so leave at least something and NOT expect the visitors to bring their kitchen with them! What is the use of the kitchen we wanted and paid if there’s not even a complimentary salt,pepper, paper towel, coffee?! The dish soap container is empty! They provided 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner and 2 hand soaps.. take note: for 2 persons for 7days! Check the bottom around the shower as well as the toilet, no one cleaned for quite a while. We sent an email before we flew but NO CONSIDERATION that we can check in early cuz they emailed us back that we need to pay for storage and come back for check in time. ALL they want is MONEY. By the way, i left the shampoo and conditioner just in case you guys want to recycle them and give it to the next customer! It’s not an insult but it will save u a buck!

The view they show on line was not the view we got. We had the view of another building. However the rooms were large and the kitchen had plenty of most things. It only had 4 cups and 3 drinking glasses. The location was a 5 to 10 minute walk. The neighborhood was moderately quiet at night.

Very nice apartment but be know the conditions
This is a very nice apartment in a central location in Rome. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living area. Very well presented and fitted with everything including washing machine, microwave, tv etc. When you stay here, you effectively take a ‘lease’ for the duration of your stay. So it’s completely self-catering. They supply towels but you need to wash/dry them yourself (or pay for replacements). They supply soap but you need to buy your own when it runs out. The security at the apartment is very good but the front door was left open most of the time (not ideal). There is no reception and if you have a problem you call by phone. The keys are collected at a nearby ‘left luggage’ (mostly busy attending to their own customers). When you leave, you put the keys in the apartment and close the door (don’t leave anything behind because you can’t get back in) You need to pay €30 in advance to have the apartment cleaned when you leave (cash only) It can be noisy in the building- so expect to get woken up when someone collects the waste (the bins are in the lobby) I’m not going to recommend this apartment because I don’t like the service model, the security and the noise.

Would and will stay here again. Apartment is in a great location close to attractions, grocery store, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and air conditioning was excellent! Bed was not soft but i stayed on the coast also and their beds were way harder so it may be a European thing. Building has a lift but you still have to climb a good bit of steps to get there. Lift is tiny but cute and you'll appreciate it after walking all day. They accept cards when you pay for cleaning, taxes, etc.

A spacious and comfortable apartment in the centre
The apartment was larger than expected, very modern and complete with all necessary appliances, including iron and ironing board. It's location was fabulous, in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of most major attractions and sights. A really nice feature was the bathroom which was huge and very well appointed. Check in was a bit of an issue as our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but was ultimately very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Great location.
Everything is within walking distance from the apartment. The only thing I would change was the beds, It was like sleeping on cement. But overall would stay here again!

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the attractions in Rome - all of which were in easy walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described, cleanliness 10/10 with facilities suitable for both a short and a long stay in this area. O apartamento era maior e mais confortável do que esperávamos! Excelente localização ao lado do Campo de Fiori e próximo das principais atrações de Roma. Recomendo! Nosso único contratempo foi pelo fato de que as informações de check-in não estavam muito claras. Quando chegamos ao local não havia recepção. Só quando ligamos, com as malas na rua, é que descobrimos que deveríamos procurar uma loja próxima onde se guardam malas. De toda sorte, a estada no apartamento foi fantástica!

Sehr zentral um Rom zu sehen
Das Apartment war sehr groß und sauber, man hat alles was man benötigt. Sogar Netflix kann man sich ansehen. Wir hatten zwei Badezimmer, was für 4 Personen ideal ist. Man gelangt überall zu Fuß hin, aber es sind auch viele Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Ein Supermarkt und gute Lokale sind einige Gehminuten entfernt.

Well equipped but loud
I stayed in Apartment 7. Positives: The apartment was very well equipped, it has a washing machine, ironing board etc which was very good, everything that you would need. There is a small lift which is good for luggage. The room was clean, there is a very large clean bathroom The location is good, a short walk to Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona etc There are a couple of shops nearby for groceries etc. Negatives: Do not book this, if you need decent sleep. The upstairs neighbours ruined this for us as they were coming and going at all hours and making no effort to be quiet (2 am etc), and it sounds like their lounge is over the bedroom, even with ear plugs it woke us up. The layout of the room means that the apartment door opens into the bedroom, so all noise from outside disturbs your sleep, such as slamming doors, the lift doors which are old and metal and make more noise than you think.

Ideal location and space for exploring Rome
Highly recommend "Rome as You Feel." The apartment was spacious, ideally appointed and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable 10 day stay in Rome. The location could not be better for sightseeing -- central to everything and right on the back side of the Campo Fiori, yet quiet and peaceful. So peaceful and comfortably furnished, in fact, that we found ourselves passing up the sights and just lounging and enjoying the view from our living room.
