Buongiorno, non ho mai ricevuto nessuna comunicazione da parte vostra in merito ad un cattivo odore. Ed è la prima volta in assoluto che sento una cosa del genere. Avreste dovuto avvertirmi davvero, ma non credo che abbiate avuto quel problema, ne avete avuti tanti (orario di arrivo oltre il previsto, siete arrivati ad orari impensabili ecc) e ve li ho risolti tutti. Per quanto riguarda le chiavi è ovvio che ci sia una chiave per ogni porta, mi perdoni ma a questa cosa credo che non ci sia nulla da rispondere, avrebbe voluto le serrature tutte uguali per avere una chiave sola???? I know that prepackeged food it's not the best, but it's compulsory by the law, we can't give you krapfen or cackes..... regarding late check in it's wrote in our rules. we are not an hotel, we haven't 24hrs check in, and after 6 p.m. I have to call a girl to make late check in. I apologize for this but I can't do otherwise, what we give is an extra service see you again in Rome, laura

buongiorno mi spiace che abbia avuto questi problemi le nostre recensioni sono tutte molto alte soprattutto per l'aspetto delle pulizie, a cui stiamo molto attenti mi sembra molto strano che le lenzuola fossero sporche! forse una macchia sfuggita agli occhi delle ragazze ma sicuramente pulite, l'ter della lavanderia è standardizzato e sanifichiamo ad ogni cambio. grazie comunque, Laura
