"Such a beautiful Ryokan with the most beautiful view. The rooms are big and authentic. The staff is very helpful. We had to get used to that everything needs to be timed. What time you are eating breakfast, what time would you have your room cleaned, what time should we make your bed. We are not used to have scheduled stays like that, but we understand that it sometimes can be necessary. Otherwise great food, beautiful onsens. Overall a good experience :-)"

"Virkelig dejligt ryokan med afslappende onsen. Vi overnattede i 3 nætter og kom helt ned i gear. Der var meget rent på hele hotellet. Til alle var der tøj og sokker man kunne gå rundt i på hotellet. Vi fik både traditionel morgenmad og aftensmad, det kan varmt anbefales, hvis man ønsker noget spændende og anderledes mad. Personalet var rigtig søde, i restauranten var de ikke så gode til engelsk, så der var ikke meget information om maden vi fik. Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse og vil klart anbefale det til andre. "

"We had such a wonderful stay! Justine and Mona were incredible hosts – they carefully explained everything to us in detail and even taught us about the food and onsen etiquette. Their kindness and attention made us feel so welcome. We have honestly never experienced such a high level of service before, not only from Justine and Mona but from the entire staff. It was beyond what we are used to, and it made our stay both relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were amazing, giving us a true sense of the onsen setting. The outdoor bathtub was a highlight – absolutely perfect for unwinding. We didn’t feel quite ready to try the public onsen this time, but maybe next time we will! The food was another unforgettable part of our stay. We were surprised by the generous portions for both breakfast and dinner, as in Denmark we are more used to smaller servings. We hope it wasn’t rude of us not to finish everything, but we truly appreciated the experience. We tried many things we would never have thought of otherwise, and especially loved the black sesame tiramisu. The ceramic ware was beautiful, and the presentation of each dish was exquisite. All in all, this was a truly special experience, and we are deeply grateful to Justine, Mona, and the whole team for making it so memorable."
