When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area. This is entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake. The living room has seating, a gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee.



After a long day on the lake, settle into one of our four bedrooms:

(1) In the main house the primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, Smart TV, access to the patio, and huge en suite bathroom with soaking tub.

(2) In the main house the second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) In the connected bunk house, the third bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, access to the patio, and a nearby bathroom.

(4) In the connected bunk house loft there are 3 Twin over Twin bunk beds. Perfect for the kids!



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located at the end of street with a few neighbors nearby. Beaver Lake is a short walk down the hill.



Getting Around:

Explore Rogers and Beaver Lake! Our house is just 11 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 17 miles to Downtown Rogers which offers several restaurants and shops.



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
