WV24 Kiteboarding Paradise by First Flight Rentals

Kiteboarding Paradise is a 1600 sf luxury end unit condo with amazing sound views and full of amenities. Be prepared to watch all the kites, kayaks, paddleboarders, and more by day, and the great soundfront sunsets after a day of watersports, or chilling at the pool or beach. Enjoy a private hot tub on the private balcony overlooking the sound.

Waves Village Resort offers soundfront living at its best. Spacious 3BR condo offers an open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, onsite kiteboarding/watersports, air pumps, a gear locker with board racks, an onsite restaurant/bar (Good Winds), a coffee shop, and a NEW onsite ropes course. Elevator access, Private Hot Tubs, Washer/dryer. Beds Made (linens included). NO PETS. WiFi. The fireplace pictured is not a working fireplace.

Balcony grills are being phased out. If a grill breaks, it will not be replaced. Propane is not provided and responsibility of the guest.

***The elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and not guaranteed. 

As of October 2025, the elevator is out of service, and at this time, we do not have a confirmed timeline for repairs — or confirmation that it will be repaired at all.
