"Great stay"

"The room was small. You have to pay for parking. It says pet friendly but only if you have a dog that doesn't get anxious and doesn't bark. I felt like the staff was kind of rude about letting me know about my dog making noise. The lady at the little store was nice. The bar didn't have a blender. The pool was nice but I wasn't able to use it. The gym was also nice."

"We (a family of 7 persons - 6 adults and 1 baby) arrived late and had an easy check in and went to sleep early. Our flight from Copenhagen to Tampa took 19 hours so we were very tired. Next moning we woke up early and made us ready to check out and then we spent some hours at the pool and had breakfast in the poolbar. We have stayed at Saiport Waterport before and that time it was for several days. This time it was just a stopover as we had planned to visit Fort Myers this time. "

"The location is honestly excellent. It’s very central and close to the beaches and major tourist attractions. The staff was friendly, and the other guests were quiet and respectful during our stay. However, the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, left a lot to be desired. There was mold in several areas, and many surfaces were heavily stained from years of use. "Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained."

"Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update "
