Walk out the back patio to the canal where visitors can fish directly off the bulkhead. If you have a boat, slips are available to the right of the building. Kontiki visitors have access to the 800-foot fishing pier located behind the condo building, and past the Bayfront Condos at Kontiki. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. There are fish cleaning stations on both piers and barbecue grills located on the property near the gazebos for outdoor cooking.

Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted inside the condo. Pets are not allowed. For those with boats, slips are available to the right of the building.
