There is a wonderful community area that offers ample seating around a fire-pit, a sandy volleyball court, and epic views of Twin Rocks Arch sitting just off the shore in the Pacific Ocean.

    The Lodge is located just under a mile from downtown Rockaway Beach. You can easily walk or bike to get to town but our sometimes inclement weather makes these options a bit less desirable. Once in the downtown area it is very walkable with lots of boutique businesses to explore.

    But better yet the amazing beach access out your front door.







    We’re so glad to host you! Please take a moment to review these notes to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.



    • Property Condition and Cleaning Responsibilities:

    Guests must leave the property in the same condition as found, with normal wear and tear expected. All dishes must be washed, and garbage placed in outdoor bins before check-out. Glitter and confetti are prohibited, with a Minimum $300 cleaning fee if used.



    • Occupancy, Quiet Hours, and Prohibited Activities:

    Occupancy must not exceed the advertised limit. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors. Parties, events, commercial use, firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.



    • Pet and Smoking Policies:

    Guests must pick up after pets, or a $50 charge will apply for cleanup. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property: a $500 fine will apply if evidence of smoking is found.



    • Check-In and Check-Out:

    Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in an additional fee of up to $100.





    • Fire Pit and Outdoor Use:

    Only use the provided fire pit materials (e.g., no wood in gas fire pits). Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors.



    • Lost and Found:

    Items left behind will be held for 14 days. A $30 handling fee plus shipping costs applies for returning items.



    • Damage and Security Deposit:

    Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or card on file.



    • Community or HOA Rules:

    Guests must comply with all community or HOA rules, including those for pools, parking, and shared spaces. Parking is permitted in designated spaces only.



    • Pets:

    Pets must not be left unattended, either inside or outside the property, even if crated. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must clean up all pet waste and dispose of in outdoor bins.



    • A signed rental agreement is required for this property. Guests must complete it after booking.

We travel several times a year and frequently book vacation rentals, and this is the first time we’ve felt the need to leave a negative review.While the suite has potential, our stay did not match the listing or our expectations.Upon arrival, there was a very strong urine odor coming from the dumpster area that carried over to the suites. The listing also stated that a dishwasher was available, but there was not one. Since dishes had to be washed by hand, it would have been helpful to have a dish drying rack, but one wasn’t provided. There was also no air conditioning—only a box fan—which made the space less comfortable during warmer weather.The listing mentioned a conveniently located laundromat, but the local laundromat has permanently closed. We ended up driving about 30 minutes to Tillamook to do laundry. While the listing didn’t advertise an in-unit washer and dryer, the outdated laundromat information was frustrating.Cleanliness and outdoor maintenance also need attention. We found old food (including Pringles) underneath the living room sofa, the dog waste bag station was empty throughout our stay, the grass was overgrown, and there were sand spurs in the yard.One unexpected issue was with the Roku TVs. Because all the TVs appear to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network, we had multiple instances where other guests attempted to screen mirror and their devices connected to our TV. This was disruptive and raised privacy concern

This place may be good for a day or two. Thats if you dont mind places that dogs stay at.The couch was so bad we couldn't use it ( was broken and dirty so gross). The rug under the coffee table was so stained which looked like animal waste.The host would not correct the rug issue so we bought a rug from Fred Myers. The host said there were plenty of cooking equipment which was a lie.We bought pots and pans then took them to the local 2nd hand store when we left. The outside entertainment center was a joke the BBQ pit had weeds growing out of it. Could not even use it. The fire pit had no benches or chairs as advertised. The bedroom did not have a closet or clothes storage at all. We were told it was setup for a month stay. They didn't even have a suitcase rack. There was no storage in the bathroom. Check this rental service out.I would not use them. The Host did not understand what the property was really like doubt he has ever been at the property.The cleaning service people were great.The steps into the place were 4 high with no hand rail. Plus ther was no rain gutters so when it was raining it was real dangerous. The pictures are items we bought so the place was livable. Oh and watch out for the dog poop.Plus pictures of outside area.
