The condominium building is located just across a small, quiet street from the beach, with direct access via a short set of rock steps next to the Beach Toy Library. For guests who need a ramp or prefer easier beach access, there is a designated entry point near the red caboose, approximately 1-2 blocks away.

Please note: There is a single row of houses and some overhead phone wires between the building and the beach. However, our fifth-floor condo offers beautiful views of the ocean through large picture windows.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. Be sure to allow extra time to get downstairs (elevator or stairs) for pet breaks. Please pick up after your pet. A waste station and popular doggy area are located across the street near the beach path. Rockaway Beach is very pet-friendly, but as of now, there’s no dog park—just a big, beautiful beach to enjoy (on leash)!I
