Take a break from the usual lifestyle and spend a few days at this amazing villa with a large outdoor area to relax and unwind.
 
The estate, where the property is located, is surrounded by miles and miles of greenery where local products are grown. Guests have access to a large private garden with sufficient outdoor furniture to dine and lounge. There is also a barbecue where guests can prepare their favourite snacks.
 
The villa is divided into two levels. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchenettes. On the first floor, there is a spacious common room with a large kitchen and a dining area where everyone can gather around and enjoy homemade meals. There are also 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchenettes on this floor. That’s how a total of 16 guests can enjoy a comfortable vacation with views of nature all around. For easy, hassle-free cooking, guests can use the Dolcegusto coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, electric kettle and fridge kept in the house.
 
There is also a private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by trees and plants for a unique experience.
 
Sleeping:
 
There are eight bedrooms equally divided into two floors. Except for one of these rooms, which has a pair of single beds, all the other rooms have a double bed each.
 
Bathrooms
 
There are a total of six bathrooms in the house. Each one of them has a bidet, a shower and a WC.

• During the summer season, guests can enjoy air-conditioning, and during the winter season, they can benefit from a central heating system in the house. Guests need to pay a flat rate of €10.00 per day during their stay for using either of these services.
 
 
Location
 
The charming villa invites guests to spend their vacation in complete privacy and tranquillity. The house is surrounded by olive groves, green hills and valleys. It is located in the Roccastrada countryside in Tuscany, which is one of those places that are timeless. It has preserved the mostly uninfluenced vibe of an Italian town. At its small piazza, there is a medieval church built in the thirteenth century. The view of Maremma’s medieval hill towns from here is simply breathtaking. The ancient walls, gates, houses and customs echo a bygone era. There is a Wine and Vine Museum worth exploring that offers an insight into the place’s culture and traditions. A few other villages that can be visited are Montemassi and Roccatederighi for their maze of narrow alleyways and landscape, respectively. The sea is about 35 km away, and the Terme di Petriolo is 20km away.
 
Guests can also discover the surrounding areas around the house on foot or a horse ride or a mountain bike. In traditional cuisine, tortelli, maremmani, acquacotta, olives and steamed snails are some of the must-try dishes. Guests can also experience wine trails.
