"Very friendly restaurant staff. Reception team efficient and very helpful. Asked us about a ramp for my son's wheelchair anytime we came in and out of the hotel. Afternoon tea was an excellent experience. Since covid this is the 1st place that did housekeeping which really made us feel we were on a holiday. "

"This was our very 1st visit to IOW, we were not disappointed at all with our choice of accommodation. Everything was well above expectations, friendliness from all the staff, great food in the bar for lunch dinner or drinks, delicious well cooked breakfast with great choice, really comfortable bed.
