Our room in the Annex was very comfortable, nice furnished (no TV),a very nice bath room and a terrace were we could enjoy afternoon sun overlooking the pool and a very nice garden. Breakfast is beautiful and the host and hostess are very friendly people doing their utmost to make you feel comfortable. "We’ve stayed 3 or 4 times at Excelsior, and, as last visit, had a wonderful time. The setting is amazing, Kirstin who runs it is lovely, very efficient and an amazing cook! James who is maitre d’, is also very personable and helpful. Both of them make sure your stay is top class. There’s a golf buggy you can use to look round the vineyard.
