This beautiful, newly renovated home is built around a stunning central courtyard and offers luxury and comfort, only a stone's throw from the convenience of the Robertson township. Close to restaurants, local Robertson pub, wine and cheese bar, boutique shops, art galleries, walks, and more.

The family and living area is centrepieced by a spectacular sunken lounge and large dining area surrounding an internal wood fireplace, stocked with firewood - perfect for cozy, warm nights in the southern highlands.

Alba House can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. A King parents' retreat resides upstairs, overlooking rolling green hills and pastures, along with an adjoining master bathroom and walk-in robe. In addition, a kid's room with a bunk bed + option for a rollout trundle for children to break out in their own retreat. Downstairs has a large King room with an adjoining bathroom, a Queen room with its own ensuite as well as a nursery complete with cot for those being accompanied by little ones . The Cottage is self contained and sleeps a King bed, plus separate room with 2 single beds and adjoining shared bathroom.

It offers plenty of modern amenities including a contemporary kitchen with large butlers pantry, large bathrooms with free-standing bath, a reading room and library and external kids' games room. Plenty of spaces for everyone to enjoy while they stay. A cot and high chair are available on request.

It also boasts a beautiful yard, including bbq facilities and a fire pit for all to enjoy. And there is plenty for children (and adults) to enjoy with outdoor lawn games, trampoline, lego box and board games on offer.
