Goldings at Tipsy Cottages: cosy country calm

At the heart of 1066 country, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this cosy cottage is nestled among the trees in a peaceful, rural location on the edge of Robertsbridge, perfect for exploring the countryside and coast nearby. Keen gardeners will find us ideally placed for the gardens at Perch Hill, Great Dixter and Sissinghurst, or history buffs will adore our proximity to Battle and castles at Bodiam and Scotney.
Goldings is a cosy single-storey space and boasts an open-plan kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove, fully-fitted kitchen, dining table, 2-seater sofa, smart TV, board games and books. The bathroom is chic and modern with walk-in shower and the bedroom features a king-size bed, with Simba Hybrid mattress, dressing table and hanging rail. Patio doors open out from the bedroom onto the fully fenced private patio. Guests can also bask on our dedicated guest lawn (shared with other cottages) and help themselves to lawn games, yoga mats, paints and further guidebooks / books on the area from the summerhouse.
