Amazing Easter Weekend

Another year booking this gorgeous property. Perfect for our two families. Highlights include the parent bathrooms, smores on the fire pit and proximity to Robe's attractions.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at "when in Robe". The kitchen was fully equipped. Big backyard with a great set up in the garage. House was perfect for two families. Loved the games supplied too. Short walk into town made it easy to get around.

Great Place

Fantastic place to stay for a family. The house was more than expected. Great area for the kids to run around. Walking distance to main shopping area, restaurant & bars. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend & will be back.

All the comforts of home!

Set on a quiet cul de sac, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax, both inside and out. Three bathrooms meant no one had to wait for a shower or toilet and the kitchen, while small, had everything we needed to feed everyone. The table tennis table and kids retreat in the shed were well used too. A short stroll to the main street and the local brewery, so everything Robe had to offer was accessible.

A fabulous location and house!

When at Robe is fantastic. It is well appointed and comfortable. We loved the table tennis table in the back room! The kitchen is well supplied and the house was very clean. We loved the layout of the central bathroom with two families and mixed ages. We could easily walk into town. The only feedback would be that unfortunately the back yard grass has died away due to poor rainfall otherwise very tidy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely home with plenty of space for our 2 families. House clean and had everything we needed. A few things could be improved such as fly screen fixed, dog poo picked up from previous guests, curtains replaced (the backs of them are covered in a strange chalky substance that gets all over things) and floor fans in the bedrooms with bunks. The three bathrooms were a game changer for adults and kids and the outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise after a beach visit. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and outdoor table. Please provide some ping pong balls for the table in the garage, it’s a big space that could be a highlight of your property! Thanks for a great getaway in a fabulous location.

Satisfactory

Quite good with quantity and size of rooms and adequate facilities. However, were disappointed with a number of issues: one of our guests fell down a wide gap at side of decking at front door, the BBQ was filthy and unfit for use, maintenance items, e.g. both gas cylinders ran out so no hot water, light globes needed replacing. For this price we expected better.

The house was lovely and our stay was very pleasant. There are a few things, I feel, need to be brought to your attention. There was no instructions after booking on how to access the property. This required a phone call. There was a lot of rubbish in the yard and under the clothesline. There were 2 light globes that didn't work. One in the main bathroom and one in the smaller ensuite. The bedside lamps in the second bedroom, along with lamps innthe lounge room did not work. We ran out of toilet paper

Well appointed with extras like an outdoor undercover clothes line, washing basket, and pegs! Property managers were prompt and professional. Presentation was good. Great to have linen and towels included and beds made up.A few light bulbs need changing, and the single mattresses have seen better days. We'd happily stay again.

It has plenty of space, has a nice, bright, airy feel to it and has a big backyard plus a large shed / garage with a table tennis table and extra couches / TV. It's a quick drive to town and is also near the excellent Mahalia coffee shop. Would happily recommend.

Bit disappointed no one checked that BOTH gas cylinders were all but empty as they ran out on day 2.However the system set up to replace worked very efficiently. The kitchen was extremely well stocked of utensils and equipment and all really new and clean.Easy location to walk to lake and town. Fire-pit a nice added touch. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks for a great stay.
