"We stayed for a family get together, the space was nice but for a larger group (7) the kitchen was small. We used paper plates and plasticware to keep down on dishes but there is only one outside trash can and with a larger group including an infant trash was taken out more often and accumulated quickly. Take notethere is no yard to walk your dog, we had our small dog and walked her up the road which wasn't a problem for us. Easy check-in and out. We would stay again, we loved the decks and...

"Such an isolated, beautiful cabin on a peninsula to the little river! So peaceful! The kids loved playing on the sand hills that were made after hurricane Helene came through the area. Four fish were caught!"

"This was a delightfully peaceful stay for my husband and me. There is plenty of room for at least 6 people and even a detached building/BBQ to entertain around 30 people and ample parking.David Woodie is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of this Host’s properties. It is very conveniently located to downtown Sparta, which is charming. "The home is absolutely stunning! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, too. There were so many little touches that made this home the perfect we can get away for a bride to be and her bride tribe to relax and unwind.Unfortunately, the weather was too cold and too windy for us to enjoy the fire pit area, but the theater room and gathering spaces were plenty large enough for our group of seven ladies."
