"Everything was as we hoped, and even a little better. We requested a room with a great view, and they gave us a room on the top floor without any questions. Had a great view over the mountains and when we had questions we asked the front staff in english, and they were happy to help.
10/10 hope we get the chance to visit the hotel again some time.
The Onsen and the location of the hotel is also 10/10."

"Breakfast had lots of options! Onsen area was spacious with many amenities. Decent location (15-20 min by foot to most interesting areas); rooms were nice."

"Customer service was excellent. I was so tired from my day that I slept right past my private onsen reservation, but they adjusted the time so that I could have my first onsen experience. A very nice hotel.

"This hotel is an absolute gem. The rooms are spotless and very large by Japanese standards, the beds are great and we had our own kitchenette and washing machine / dryer. It is located right next to the train station and bus terminal but we weren’t bothered by noise at all. The staff is very kind and went out of their way to help us. Only downside is that it is a ten minute walk from the old city center. "

"Kanon service, fantastisk personale, god morgen mad. Alt hvad man skal bruge på værelset… Køleskab med vand , øl og sodavand på ankomst dagen 👍👍

"Super Zimmer, und tolle Lage!
Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und die Tapete war an ein paar Stellen beschädigt, ansonsten aber ein tolles Hotel. Zum Frühstück gibt es leider kein Buffet sondern man muss sich das Essen bestellen. "

"Personnel très accueillant et souriant. L’établissement est très propre et l’on a apprécié les yukata pour chacun d’entre nous pour aller aux bains.
Pas de douches privées (en travaux) mais juste des onsens ( au top! ) pour homme et femme séparés.
Rapport qualité / prix imbattable 😉"

"Staff were the best. Absolutely treated the guests like royalty. The suite was fantastic with the open air onsen and wooden bath. The toilet was worth mentioning... Fully automatic. The dinner was above and beyond and so much food we could barely eat it all. So fantastic! Breakfast was the best there is. Only bad thing is we couldn't eat the 2nd morning because we had to catch a train and the breakfast is not until 7am. All else was superior. Nice store across the street with great...
