Holiday Home 'Gîte de Pêche' with Pool, Terrace, Air Conditioning and Direct Tarn Access

We welcome you to Rivières, in a peaceful setting on the banks of the Tarn. The accommodation is located on the upper floor, with the ground floor unoccupied. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, a TV, washing machine, and dishwasher.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay; if you prefer, an optional cleaning package is available for an extra fee, payable on site.



Outdoors, relax in our garden or on your private uncovered terrace. The outdoor pool (June to September) is at your disposal, as well as a paddling pool (2.5 x 2.5 m, depth 0.45 m) for your children or simply to cool off. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided. The outdoor areas, pool, and barbecue are shared with the owner. Table tennis, toys, and children’s books are also available. A tennis court, golf, paddle, free natural swimming area, and Gabarre boat rides are a 15-minute walk away. A pontoon on the Tarn lets you fish or dock a small boat directly at the end of the garden.



Two dedicated parking spaces are available on site. Your pet is welcome but must not enter the bedrooms or sit on the sofa. Events are allowed with prior agreement from the owner.



The hosts live on site, but not in the rented accommodation. Rivières is 10 min from Gaillac, 15 min from Albi, 25 min from Cordes sur Ciel, and 45 min from Toulouse. The A68 motorway exit is less than 10 min away. A local market is held 15 min away on foot in July and August, and the Aiguelèze leisure center is also a 15-minute walk away.
