"I have stayed at other Riu resorts, and the food selection usually varies, with the added benefit of enjoying several specialty restaurants. However, at this property, it was very difficult to get a place at any of the restaurants. As a result, we mostly relied on the buffet, which unfortunately offered limited variety."

"Amenities were underwhelming. I have never stayed at an all inclusive without room service. Food at the specialty and buffet restaurants was also disappointing. The lobster rice at the Kulinarium was raw and service took forever. The steaks at the steakhouse were cut so thin that even if you order it medium rare it will come out well done. The Riu hotel in Cabo was also underwhelming but better than this. Next time I will not consider an all inclusive hotel that accepts day pass. You’ll never...
