"A group of less than 10 of us got to visit Kingsville, Texas for the first time for a national trumpet conference which was only 15 minutes away from this property. The house itself was peaceful, quiet, spacious, cozy, and everything our group needed to spend quality time together at the beginning and end of our days. There was a cell tower issue that lined up with when our group arrived and we were unable to reach anyone when our check in code didn’t work, but we were able to get in soon...

"This is our second visit to the property. The first was before the recent updates and I will say it was a difference of night and day. Separate living spaces made if easy for our two families to enjoy a long weekend together. Cheryl was an outstanding host who responded almost immediately and was most accommodating. "We truly enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble with getting into house but totally my fault as it was late so I just looked at instructions from VRBO to get in but owners had sent me a separate code. I highly recommend this house for staying in Baffin Bay Area. Will always check availability when we come down!"

"asked the online help if the property had a coffee pot, pots pans and other items and was told it did not; it did have those. Property manager should provide a welcome manuel explaining the house rules and other information as is commonly done at other properties. Heating was inadequate and it was uncomfortable. Shower was hot and good."
