The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around us setting up tables. They could definitely improve on that. It certainly will not stop me from...

"Great place to stay for our trip to Venice. It was a bit out of the way but it made up for it by the nice quiet resort. Food was excellent, staff very helpful and with the quiet location we got a good night sleep. The breakfast was first class. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again"
