- Resort Fee: Approx. $49.99/night    — this includes in‑room coffee, internet, phone access (limited), and use of sporting facilities/equipment such as mini‑golf, archery, etc.
- Deposit: ~US $50 via credit card or US $200 cash refundable
- River Country Water Park access for the unit’s maximum occupancy—no extra charge per person.
- Free self-parking, including RV/truck spots.
- Golf cart rental: ~US $70/day.
- Pets (dogs only): US $150 per stay, up to 2 dogs, max 60 lbs total. Service animals are exempt.
- Full breakfast: approximately US $10–50 per person.
- Late check-out: available upon request for an additional fee (subject to availability).
