"The place was beautiful, our room was spacious, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the whole experience was a winner. It was all topped off by the amazing help we got from the Lost and Found department after we drove home and discovered we'd left our passports locked in the hotel room safe!"

"Very convenient and close to Spokane convention center that we could walk. The centennial trail and Spokane river are right behind and you can walk to the river front as well."

"We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football."

"We had a great and actually an affordable stay during the Christmas season. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean, modern, and felt quite new. Overall, it was a really great experience for our family and cocker spaniel, who was lovingly spoiled from the staff. One thing to be aware of is that the parking around the hotel felt a bit sketchy and was not ideal to overnight park. Because of that, we decided to use the valet service, which was absolutely worth the money and made us...

"Stayed one night, the hotel is very nice and clean, friendly staff, close to I-90. Secured parking lot. That said, right outside the hotel gate there are a lot of homeless people and it does not feel like at safe area to be walking in."

"Looks a bit sketchy at first glance because of the dark colored facade, but this is a nice place to stay in Spokane. Charged me 5 dollars for parking 1 night. Be quick to get to breakfast in the morning, there's nothing left if you arrive later. "
