A breathtaking log cabin home that sits right ON the bluff of Lookout MTN with truly incredible 180 degree panoramic views! It is in a rural area and is private with almost 1,400 ft of bluff views. Crossbow Cabin features modern finishes throughout with a rustic cozy design. Our favorite amenity is the 6 person hot tub on the deck facing the views!! Only 30 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga and just minutes away from all that Lookout Mountain has to offer!

Our Favorite Things About This Home:
This spacious cabin easily sleeps 10 people and all 3 bedrooms also have private en suite bathrooms attached! Enjoy your morning coffee in the large open-concept living room and dining room while taking in the gorgeous panoramic bluff views from every angle from inside the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook during your stay. Crossbow Cabin offers lots of board games to enjoy, smart TVs in every bedroom as well the living room and high-speed wireless internet throughout! The spacious front porch will provide ample opportunity for taking in the views, grilling your evening steaks on the gas grill, and relaxing in the fresh mountain air. This cabin is located just 30 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, 7 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park, 11 minutes from the adorable town of Trenton, GA, and 20 minutes from Ruby Falls and Rock City!

Home Layout:
Upon entering the property you will be welcomed by a spacious front porch that wraps around to the back deck showcasing the spectacular mountain views and hot tub. Large beautiful vaulted ceilings and natural light pouring in through the windows welcome you into the open concept living, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. The first bedroom to the right off of the kitchen has a comfortable double Queen bunk bed and ensuite full bathroom while the bedroom to the left has a spacious King bed and another ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs past the incredible bear mounted on the wall up to the cozy loft area with a queen sofa bed and board games provided for guests. The upstairs bedroom has another spacious King sized bed and the ensuite bathroom with features a double vanity sink and a tub shower combo. Off this bedroom is a laundry room with a full functioning washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.

Things to Know About The Property:
1. Location: This cabin is located in a rural mountain community off of Scenic HWY in Rising Fawn, GA. This property sits ON the bluff, therefore there is a steep drop off with rocks below the house. There is a section of wood railing with a small trail leading to a gorgeous overlook below the house. The railing is old and cannot be trusted. Young kids will need to be watched at ALL times outside and please do not leave them unattended.
2. Parking: There is room to park 4 large vehicles at this property and a gravel road that leads to the property. Low clearance vehicles are not advised at this property due to the gravel driveway.
3. Grill: There is a gas grill onsite with propane.
4. Pets: NO pets allowed please and thank you.
5. Indoor Fireplace: This fireplace is not operable and does not work.

HOT TUB:
Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. We ask all of our guests that book to bring their own Hot Tub Towels.

Weather and Outages!
Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel.
