The apartment is just a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by nature on a hilltop with views stretching from the hills to the coast. To reach Oltremare, there is about 800 meters of unpaved road, accessible by most vehicles but not suitable for cars with a sports chassis. The apartments are about 25 m², consisting of a single room with a double bed, a sitting area with a sofa bed (one and a half size), a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom. Each has a private entrance, outdoor space, and a small garden. The outdoor areas are shaded and equipped for relaxing moments.

Guests of this vacation home enjoy access to shared outdoor amenities, which include a pool (open from June to the end of September) and a garden.
