The property also includes a rare private parking space, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay (garage available for up to two small cars; please verify the number and size of your vehicles before booking).
To access the property, you have two options. The first is to arrive by car, where you can use the property's private parking. Provide us with your license plate number so we can provide you with a pass to access the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Alternatively, you can arrive at the Riomaggiore train station, where you can walk to the property in 10 minutes. (The property is a short climb from the station.) For those arriving from the train station, the property instructions you will receive after booking will include a dedicated link to request luggage transport or a taxi service from the station to the property.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes approximately 10 minutes and must be completed by all travelers.
For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Riomaggiore falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the
Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in
winter, so heating systems may be turned on for a maximum of
12 hours per day, from November 1st to April 15th. During
this period, a fee of Euro 10/day will be applied to
compensate for heating costs for bookings lasting more than 15 days.
Security deposit: A security deposit of €100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 2 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
