A lovingly furnished vacation apartment with a large pool in Nisporto

We are renting out our 50 m² lovingly furnished vacation apartment in Nisporto. The apartment is located in a complex with approximately 40 other apartments and a large swimming pool. Nisporto Beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and a stove. Both beds are made up with fresh sheets. You’ll need to bring your own pillows, duvet covers, and towels. Our cleaning service offers fresh bed linens and towels for 18 EUR per person. If you’d like this service, please let us know one week before arrival. A parking space (marked with the apartment number) is available.
The swimming pool is open in the summer from June through September, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool.
The apartment also features an 8 m² balcony with a sea view, perfect for breakfast or dinner at sunset. Since we use the apartment ourselves and enjoy cooking, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker are also available.
The nearby campground sells bakery items in the morning. In Bagnaia, 10 minutes away, there is a small supermarket and a bakery. Larger supermarkets in Rio or Portoferraio are about 15 minutes away. We recommend buying fresh fish in Portoferraio or other coastal towns.
In the summer, the island invites you to explore its many diverse beaches. The sandy beaches of Proccio are about 25 minutes away. The beaches of Capo Bianco, with their stunning, crystal-clear turquoise waters, are also about 25 minutes away. We also recommend trips to Capolivieri or Porto Azzurro. The mines in Capolivieri, with their magnetite, and those in Rio Marina, with their pyrite, offer fun for the little ones, as well as historical films about mining and the history of Elba. Mountain bike or gravel bike tours can start right outside the front door. In spring and fall, Elba offers not only beautiful wildlife but also a variety of hiking trails that can be planned using dedicated apps. During these seasons, the apartment can be heated via the air conditioning if necessary. Quilted comforters are provided.
