Bilocale Agrumeto a Capo d'Arco - Goelba

We are in “Capo d’Arco”, a private residential complex of about 200 units spread over more than 100 hectares, nestled within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the Municipality of Rio dell’Isola d’Elba. Access is reserved exclusively for members and their guests and is regulated by a private security service. The services available to guests include bathing equipment, salt and fresh water swimming pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, beach volleyball court, bars and restaurants, mini-market. There are also various nature trails both within the complex and in the surrounding areas, to be explored on foot, by bike or motorbike. Our two-room apartment is part of the Casette called “Agrumeto” and is 250 metres from the swimming pool area and the sea.

The seasonal services (from approximately the first week of June to mid-September) available to guests include bathing equipment, salt and fresh water pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, bars and restaurants, mini-markets. There are also several nature trails both within the District and in the surrounding areas, to be explored on foot, by bike or by motorbike.

Two-room apartment 2+2 beds (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor. It is accessed from the hallway that leads to the living area, with a queen-size sofa bed and TV, kitchenette with induction hobs and access to the large terrace equipped with a view of the garden and the sea in the background. Also from the hallway you can access the double bedroom and the recently renovated bathroom with shower and bidet.

- minimum age for check-in is 21
- check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- smoking is prohibited in all our facilities
- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: € 20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
