"Our Villa was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driven by golf cart to our room and bags were brought up to us. The entire stay was amazing. Very polite and respectful to all of us. Would highly recommend and would love to return. "

"Throughout my stay I was perpetually irritated by the fact that you have to show up at the pool around 7am to put an object to claim a poolside chair. Literally, people are putting playing cards down on banks of chairs. We were told this by another guest after arriving in the afternoon, and it proved out everday thereafter. The other locations for extra guests are by a restaurant about 200' away that includes picnic tables or an artifiicial turf field equally distant that had no umbrellas most...

"Hôtel is ok, but not « boutique «  level. You are welcomed by someone in an office, handing beach towels and that is it. No water bottles in the room, bed was average and looked very cheap. No beach in front you can walk to the nearest access 5min away. There was supposed to have a coffee pot, but we never saw it. On the good side it is near the Luquillo food street which you could walk to. "

"The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "

"This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. Very nice for our purposes, but may not be for everyone. Easy access to the water for kayaking and swimming. The water is quite calm and shallow...

"The neigbhbors were so nice and helpful! We did not recieve check-in instructions from VRBO, but the neighbors were so hepful and contacted the maintenance guy who was able to get us in. Once the owner recieved my message, she was extremely helpful and sweet. My advice would be to make sure to check with the owner the day before check in to make sure everything is good and you recieve the codes to get in. Also, this property's entrance is through the garage. There is a renter in the home who was...
