Landing View 304 with beautiful roof top terrace

Gorgeous townhome walking distance from Sandy Beach and great surf breaks! The unit has three levels that are divided between bedrooms, living area, and rooftop terrace. The whole unit is private just for you and there is plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. Each room has an air conditioner and there is WiFi throughout the unit. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. There is a Sofa-bed in the living room for the 7th guest.

Enjoy over 2300 sq ft of space! Our place is relaxing and close to everything. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the evening after having fun at the beach all day. The terrace has a grill, an outdoor sitting area, and a half bathroom.

This property is equipped with generator to ensure your comfort in the event of any power outage. Enjoy a worry-free stay knowing you'll have continuous electricity whenever needed!

The condominium has a swimming pool (shared) and outdoor showers. There is parking space for 3 cars.

We are just a phone call away!

Known for its surfing and great nightlife, Puntas is the best location for your vacations in Rincon.

A rental car is highly recommended and needed.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

The property is centrally located in Rincon. Ample room for families. Felt very secure in the gated condo complex. Plenty of amenities.

Our stay at the Landing View was great. More than enough space for our family of four. Each of our boys got their own room. The common spaces in the apartment were great (especially the rooftop deck) and we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 2 markets less than 15 minutes away. You'll want to hit those first to get everything you need for your stay.The beach is a short 5 minute walk, but it's not really great for swimming... a little bit too rocky. However, you can walk down about 1/2 mile to the west where the beaches are much more sandy, and rent a surf or body board. Watch out for the rip tides (read all the signage for advice!)We were only 15 minutes from the center of Rincon, where there are lots of restaurants and cute shops.This is a must place to go. Also only a few minutes from the apartment are Steps Beach (hard to park) and Black Eagle Beach (very easy to park and good restaurants there too).Get our of San Juan and explore more of the island!

The property fit our needs perfectly. The overall accommodations were great. Area beach is walking distance from the property but a rental car is recommended to venture further out from the immediate neighborhood.

My family loved everything about staying here! The house was clean and comfortable. The third floor outdoor space was great for grilling and relaxing all together. We also loved how easy it was to access the beach. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby that were easy to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Definetly will recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and have family time. We celebrated our daughter and my mother in laws birthdays. Hung out at the beach and just had an amazing time in a beautiful location.

Four of us stayed for almost a week and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The top patio is an excellent place to grill and hangout. The beach is just a short walk away. We’d go back!

We had an overall great experience. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit creaky, but otherwise we loved the space and it was perfect for our trip. Loved that it was a 3-minute walk from the beach and about a 5-minute walk to Sandy Beach East.

Very nice place. I was giving the wrong number code to enter the parking area and for the key lockbox. Had to call management . Other then that confusion, the stay was very pleasant.
