We are very surprised by his words because they do not belong to us. Our hotel stands out for its utmost cleanliness and this is what the votes assigned by our customers say. The work also involves some noise. The cleaning of the rooms begins in the morning to ensure an adequate and meticulous makeover, at a not-so-early time and all in all great attention is always paid to not disturb those who can have easily disturbed sleep. The rooms are well soundproofed, made with material suitable for acoustically insulating the environments. Another strong point of our hotel is the multilingual staff. Check in is usually very quick because we ask for the documents that will be registered at the moment and we give all the necessary information about the services or the city.We do not understand where you ran into linguistic problems.
