Our 27.5 m² studio offers enough space for 2 adults and 2 children and is located on the first floor of the house. Thanks to the central location, you can easily reach the supermarket, public transport, and restaurants on foot.



Amenities: Kitchenette with stove and refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, seating area, shower/WC, solid wood furniture, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony with a view of the Hochzillertal ski area.



A coin-operated washing machine is available in the basement.



Included services: Coffee, filters, tea, spices, vinegar, oil, dish towels, sponge, dish soap, bed linen, and one set of towels per person.



The forest playground as well as tennis and football courts are just a few steps from the house. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and excursions.



Parking spaces and an e-charging station are available directly in front of the house.



In winter, a ski room with ski boot dryer and changing room is available for winter sports enthusiasts. The Hochzillertal ski area is only 1 km away. The free ski bus stops 50 m from the house. Other ski areas are in the immediate vicinity.



Wellness area – open from October to April (daily from 5 to 8 pm):



You can use the newly built wellness area with Swiss pine sauna, infrared, heated bench, relaxation area, rain shower, cold water hose, as well as tea and water free of charge. Sauna towels, shower towels, and shower/WC are available in the wellness area.



The wellness area is closed in summer.
