This is a stylish 1 Double Bed Guesthouse, a perfect private Pied-a-Terre for those working away, commuting or working locally. It is also very well located for both Mount Vernon and Watford General hospitals so can be a perfect base for visiting families or even patients receiving ongoing treatments.

This is a private guesthouse set up for couples or singles. It is not suitable for families.

Warner Bros Studios is a 5-10 minute drive away, and Pinewood, Elstree, Bray and other studios are very close too. It can be a great base for when working in the film world or when working away from home and needing easy access to London.

There is off street parking for a car which is available at no charge on request and it is a 10 min walk from Rickmansworth Station. A Chiltern Line train takes 25 mins to Marylebone London and there is also the Metropolitan Line for other options in and around London.

This is a luxuriously appointed private guesthouse, with complete privacy from the garden (blinds at all the windows) with a fully operational kitchenette. Facilities include: fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and sink, along with all the plates, crockery and pans etc to enable you to cook during your stay.

If you don't choose to cook, there are food shops and restaurants a 2-3 minute walk from the property, including a Co-op mini-market. Restaurants cater for Turkish, Thai, Indian, Pizzas, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Italian and just about everything you could hope for.

The shower room has a shower, basin and toilet. The building has all the home from home comforts including: heating, high speed wi-fi & Virgin TV and a terrace outside for your exclusive use to sit in, good weather permitting.

The building is open plan - divided into a bedroom area and living space with a large dining table useful for both dining and work-space needs. The owners are onsite in the main house if needed for any reason.

The bed is a queen size and very comfortable. We have had loads of wonderful feedback from past guests who have loved it here.

The entire building is yours for your stay along with a decked area with outdoor furniture outside for your enjoyment.
