Hoteller nær Richmond National Battlefield Park

"WiFi was great, breakfast was fine although some items to go in the oatmeal (raisins, fresh fruit) would be nice. Some of the furniture in rooms needs updated. "

"They couldn't figure out how to key our room key. You can't check in an hour early without a charge. Was rude at front desk. Asked what to do around hotel was given all BARS with my 17 yo daughter with me. Left waiting at front desk for over 20 minutes while the tried to key room. The room door wouldnt lock. The door wasnt straight so didnt close right. Only 1 room key actually worked. No milk at breakfast. "

"Clean room but very loud bed. Everytime i moved the noise woke me up. It was a metal base that would make a loud pop."

"We had a late check in and upon arrival the front doors were locked, you needed to have a key/pass to enter. Our room must’ve had a flood because it had a humidifier blower still drying the rug and it smelled musty. I spoke to the front desk and they were apologetic and gracious. They gave us a differ room, smaller beds but it was clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs"

"ther was a problem with internet so I moved after unpacking in the first room only to find the internet was just as bad in the second. It would run slowly and then shut off completely"

"The room is adequate. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on cement. Laundry was out of order for the entire stay. Woman at desk was nice and easy to deal with: other staff not so much. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking, gathering, etc. location good and close to highway, but you have to make 1 million u turns to get to anything nearby like stores, food, gas. "

"I picked this hotel because it was right off 95, and there were lots of choices to go and grab something to eat nearby. I also was traveling with a small dog and this place accommodated that. The staff were curtious and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again"

"Clean, bare bones room but large with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and even though near the airport, the sound was muffled by the white noise of the heater. I would recommend staying here for an overnight stop. "
