"We stayed at this hotel from Friday through Tuesday morning — four nights — and unfortunately our room was never serviced during that time. The beds were never made, and we had to request clean towels ourselves. They did bring replacements, though one of our rooms was given towels that were dirty.
We mentioned it at the front desk after the first couple of days, thinking it might be a weekend staffing issue. The employee was polite and apologized, and wrote down our request, but housekeeping...
