It’s the little things that makes a hotel either good or makes it great. This hotel was just ok. Not much attention to detail. Family of four stayed in a two queen room. Only two bath towels were provided. 4 people staying in a room, should have 4 towels. Yes I understand I just needed to call for more, but why bother making that an inconvenience from the beginning. Just supply the right amount of towels. Having to call for something that should have already been in the room is what makes it just an Ok hotel. Also do hotels not supply lotion anymore?
Expect the bare minimum. They also don’t want to clean your sheets/ give you clean towels unless you’re there for more than 3 days.
Also something hard and plastic was stuck under the sheets of one bed. Looked like a cap to a top of something. How was this not seen/felt when making the bed?
It’s the lack of attention to detail that will make me choose a different hotel next time. Not terrible, but not great.
