"Et lidt særpræget hotel, hvor der lå en kuvert med navn på som fortalte hvilket rum vi skulle have. I rummet var der køleskab og mikroovn samt kaffemaskine, så kunne vi selv lave morgenmad. Om morgenen lå der en kuvert med hvordan vi skulle forholde os ved afgang.

"Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Takes a couple of minutes for the shower to get hot but it does work and is HOT. It’s like stepping into 1991 decor-wise which was excellent. Nice having outdoor access I’ll be staying here again "

"This was an adequate affordable quick overnight stop for our family. We didnt expect anything flashy. They offered coffee, cereal and bananas on the outdoor deck in the morning. The air conditioner was able to quiet any highway sounds"

"Hi, when I checked in the guy at the front desk said that the hotel was full so they gave me a different type of room. I told him I paid for a two queen bed and somehow he found me a room. So basically he lied. Terrible terrible impression."

"Ez drive to Lenox & Tanglewood....plenty of parking. Grabbed a room last minute & front desk was great about being sure it was ready. Husband happy to have a cookie at check-in!

"Very friendly girl at the check-in who moved us (essentially upgraded us) to a suite after our initial room smelled of lingering cigarette smoke. She was very patient about my paranoia over the pilot light/flame in the room's fireplace. Great experience."

"Love the new feel of a new property. The breakfast was a little lacking as the food keep on running out and it took some time for the assistant to refill the stations. One coffee machine went down and only one machine was working creating a line to get coffee. Besides that, great location to come and visit the Bershires. "

"I was in town to attend an inspection on a house we made an offer on in nearby Becket. The Whitlock was perfect for me. It was conveniently located, in town, close to dining, and with easy parking. The inn was historic, charming, and had lots of character. It was exactly what I was looking for. There is now staff available on premises from 7 am to 10 pm. I was able to check in on site. The outer doors were locked at night. I would definitely come back."

We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented.
