"First the positives: this place was squeaky clean, it was priced well, and it had plenty of beds.Unfortunately, the negatives were strong. I’ve never left a negative review before, but it is hard not to feel like this place was misrepresented. It is not at home on a river. It is a rental double wide located inside a larger campground that was essentially empty while we were there in February it is not a private location at all it was directly across from the camp store and next to a busy road....

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the Cozy House on the Hill very much. It was absolutely clean, well stocked, warm (we appreciate the blanket on the couch), and inviting. The little touches that you provided made our stay there much more enjoyable than some of the other places we have stayed. Also, Sabine was easy to contact and her directions in getting into her home were easy. Thank you for making our stay in Waynesville a delightful one. "

Ironically enough the home was nearly set up identical to our own home. : ) Everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home was available to use- from dishes, laundry amenities, and personal hygiene things.
