"This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! "

"We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. If you know there will be guests you really need to set that to be cool for their arrival. That was miserable. The bugs came in so really need screen on front door or do something different to...

"This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. She was thoughtful to leave a goody bag for us with delicious...

"This is a really cute house in a nice small town. We walked into town and grabbed dinner and did some shopping at the downtown thrift store. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We had great weather, so we enjoyed exploring through the neighborhood. The house is really quaint and comfortable. The bathroom has the tiniest sink I've ever seen! The kitchen was perfect for what we needed."

"We had an amazing time. Plenty of space for six adults and two teens. Everything was well described and instructions were clear. The boat dock was hit for our Boston Whaler. Definitely would stay here again!! "

"Add a wonderful time at the treetop village. Very quiet.The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were still open and it was an excellent place to do paddle boarding. Very dog, friendly area, lots of nature to see. As some people had mentioned, there are some things that are a little outdated, but it adds to the charm. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. I hope to return again sometime"
