"The host greeted us upon arrival and based on remoteness and outside appearance were not expecting much. That’s when Buttons the ‘doodle’ four legged greeter came up and really welcomed us! WHAT A SWEETIE. Our rooms were perfect. Spacious, comfy and beautiful. Our host also provided breakfast supplies for us. Wish the nearby bar and restaurant were open but after a long day it didn’t matter much. A hidden gem!"

"This was one of the highlights of our 3 week stay in the UK. Gorgeous old house, massive room decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean and gorgeous grounds. John our host was lovely and cooked us delicious breakfasts. Also lovely surrounds with a donkey across the road who loved a pat, and some cats on the property who loved a cuddle. Highly recommend."

"We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. "

"Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. "We absolutely loved our stay with Larry at Dundrum House. We enjoyed a very homey stay and wonderful conversation with Larry. Larry was also very attentive to our sons diary allergy and assist with validating which items were dairy free and which were not. We were left only wishing that we had booked more days with Larry. Without a doubt we will stay at Dundrum House on our next Ireland travels."

"We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...
