"This turned out to be a great place to stay with our three generations of family. Lots of bed space, adequate bathrooms, nicely furnished. There was a hiccup with the air conditioning failing, but the host, Camien, was quick to respond with what resources could be mustered on a holiday weekend, and was quick to offer a partial refund in keeping with the problem. "Cool spot. Right next to the beach. The power never charged that well. It runs off of solar power. It got a little windy that night but was still pretty nice location. The owner let us stay on the beach a little longer as well. They seemed very nice."

"We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. The short drive to the park is beautiful. Do be aware that the larger bathroom is downstairs while the three bedrooms are...

"Property was perfect for what we were wanting. Clean, new, had all the basics that we needed. The onsite ice cream was a big plus as well. Lots of room to park trailer and four wheelers"

"I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house...

"We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. If it was in the budget, I would have stayed in a cabin by the lake--but I would rather this place with a kitchen and beds than tents near the lake. We hiked Capitol Reef and fished Fish Lake. It was nice to cook some nights on the grill/fire and some nights in the kitchen....

"This was the perfect spot to gather our family of 15 who came from 4 different states. We ranged in age from 5 to 78 and there was always something for everyone - a nice pool, hot tub, pool table, Foosball, large kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and plenty of bedrooms and triple bunk beds that the kids enjoyed!"
