"Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel."

"I was in Hastings to participate in the Run for the Roses 5k and my wife and I stayed at the Confluence. It was all that I had hoped it would be when I booked my stay. The hotel itself was amazing, situated right on the banks of the Mississippi River. The room was fantastic as was the staff. It's close to parks, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. Will DEFINITELY book this hotel when we're in Hastings again"

"The “continental” breakfast amounted to 3 choices of pre-packaged donuts or pastry, a dispenser with orange juice or coffee. The coffee was good. There is NO daily maid service, in fact NO maid service AT ALL unless you request it. You get what you pay for, I suppose."

"This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. "My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors."

"The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking."

"The check in was incredibly slow. Breakfast was supposed to be provided and there was no breakfast."

"Started out with a ten minute wait to check in. There was no parking in the front. Traveling as a solo lady had to park in the back wich was dark and there was not a near door. The closest door had me carrying my luggage up stairs. Im a 60 year old lady. The place was not your usual nice homey country Inn and suites it was showing it's ware. The toilet struggled to flush. The carpetting stained and dirty. The shower was handicapped with a shower seat that had obviously not been cleaned. No shelf...
