With cozy high-end yet comfortable furniture and a fully gated outdoor living space, you will have everything you need for a fun stay. Whether you're at home enjoying a soak in the new bubbling hot tub or snuggling up inside by the fireplace and enjoying the natural light from the immaculate windows, or checking out Sandy River just a short walking distance away, this home has something for everyone.

In the well-equipped and spacious kitchen, you will have all the necessities for entertaining. Modern appliances and fantastic recessed lighting accompany the beautiful pendant lights over the island creating a warm atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy a meal together. There are family board games up in the loft, so you will always have something fun to do during your stay.

Enjoy a refreshing swim with access to the nearby seasonal community pool in the summer months. In the winter, this area offers amazing views and outdoor activities. Choose from snowshoeing through the beauty of the Mt. Hood National Forest or skiing up at SkiBowl or Mt. Hood Meadows. There is truly fun for the whole family in this Pacific Northwest getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your property in Oregon, and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for providing such a beautiful and welcoming space. The home itself was aesthetically pleasing and had a lot of potential for a comfortable stay.However, I did want to share a few concerns that impacted the convenience and overall experience of the trip. While the listing was promising, several essential amenities were either missing or not accessible:Cooling: There was no proper air conditioning or effective cooling system, which made it difficult to stay comfortable during warmer parts of the day.Washer and Dryer: Although these were listed as available, we unfortunately did not have access to them during our stay. This was especially inconvenient given the expectations set by the listing.Supplies: Basic items such as garbage bags were not provided, which led to unnecessary hassle during our time there.Bathroom Door Hazard: The upstairs bathroom door consistently locked us inside. We had to resort to using a washcloth to jam the lock and prevent being trapped, which felt unsafe and concerning.We truly appreciated the effort that has gone into the property, but I hope this feedback is helpful in making future stays more seamless for other guests. A few small adjustments could significantly improve the experience.Thank you again for hosting us, and I hope you find this input constructive.

Unfortunately, me and my party have a lot to say about our stay. The place has a roach and rat infestation, which we gathered evidence of in the forms of photos and videos. The property claims to have a pool amenity, however the pool is not open to Vrbo guests till mid June, which is not communicated on Vrbo, as my party booked this place for the pool. You also need a keycard to access the pool, which was not present on the property. Additionally, the home itself did not appear to be swept or wiped down well before we stayed. Also, there is NO air conditioning in the property. Only heat, which our party overlooked while booking. We attempted to communicate our infestation problems with Vacasa who managers the property, however they did not respond to most of our inquires and it was not until over half of the stay did we get into contact with the local management. Jeff from Local management was nice, understanding, had good communication skills, and would really tried to help us out; however, his management would only provide a 25% refund despite the infestation, lack of amenities, and poor communication issues from Vacasa's main customer support team we had since the first day of our stay.

Beautiful home that needs to be cleaned well to enhance customer experience.

This is a beautiful home with tall sealings, lots of glass windows bringing in natural light into the house. It's located in a forest neighborhood close to the highway and Mt. Hood area which makes it easily accessible to explore nature. Main concern throughout our stay was cleanliness of the property both inside & outside. The dishwasher & themostat did not work as advertised. Bar stools are broken in various areas then fixed up with tape which is a fall risk. The local property management team was not available to resolve the issues as we were notified by the main proprty management office customer service rep over the phone and via text message. ser sservice rep. servicegenadverised.

Everything was good. Although, we stay 2month There were no laundromat. It was too hard wahing our clothes. Also, dishwasher was not work. but, It is very nice house and new.

Family after Xmas getaway.

Lovely home! Great sleeping arrangements. Wonderful great room! Limited kitchen utensils/pots/pans. Door to laundry room locked! I’ve never had a VRBO without a washer/dryer…5 days of teens with wet ski clothes became a problem. Busy weekend so house was not ready when expected. Would rent again if laundry was accessible!!

Disappointed

We got notification early that day that our rental was ready. When we arrived, there was a giant packaged couch blocking the hallway into the kitchen. The dishwasher wasn’t unloaded and there was brown liquid coming off dishes. The garbage outside was completely full. The bedding upstairs had dirt stains on it. The kitchen lacked much of anything. There is no toaster and was no wine opener. Not worth our money - pretty house, but not taken care of. There was a giant hole in the upstairs bedroom and stains all over the carpet. When we reached out to Vacasa they said they’d notify local property management and we heard nothing after that.
