Hoteller i Residencial Alameda Oeste

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a great location. Very walkable and easy to catch rides. The staff were all helpful. I loved the rooftop pool. It was a great place to relax. The gym was also nice and well equipped."

"Maravillosa estancia"

"We have been staying in hotels in Santo Domingo for over 20 years, and we have NEVER paid for local phone calls. We paid 385 Dominican pesos for a couple of minutes local phone call. For Christmas dinner we ate at the hotels restaurant and we were presented with a Christmas menu. We ordered some of the dishes of that menu and we are charged with the whole Christmas menu, even what we did not order. We paid for food and drinks we didn’t ordered. The waiter didn’t explain us that we had to pay...

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Wonderful Stay! As always, our stay at El Embajador was excellent! The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and the staff is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. The team’s attention to detail and exceptional service make every visit a memorable experience. It’s always a pleasure to return, and we look forward to many more wonderful stays. Thank you to the entire team for consistently making us feel at home!"

"Great service"
