"Our stay was was lovely. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and tastes great. The breakfast provided in the morning was also a great touch. Not to mention the host was so sweet and kind, and offered information about the local festivities that were going on that weekend. "Highly recommendable hotel; all the staff was super friendly and helpful. During our travel we went away from Terceira and did not have a hotel for our last night but decided without a doubt to stay at Caracol the last night as well after our first night at the hotel when we arrived. The food in the bar was brilliant and the only less good thing was a black "fly" on the table at the breakfast buffet and the pressure in she shower in the first room we stayed in. "Excellent stay! Central location 3 minute walk from the marina. Zenite exceeded all of my expectations starting with the airport pick up which I forgot about and an hour later when I was still at the airport I got a phone call saying that the driver was still waiting for me. The front desk staff went above and beyond when I was looking for a storage for my luggage for a week, they let me leave it there for free! The room itself is so spacious! I got a king size bed"
