"Vi elsker Serena hotel. Måske det smukkeste hotel i Uganda og helt sikkert i Kampala. Denne gang havde vi dog problemer ved indtjekning. Vi blev tjekket ind i et forkert værelse. Fejlen blev dog rettet forholdsvis hurtigt. Room service var også en skuffelse denne gang. Eggs Benedict var gennemkogt og hollandaise sovsen helt fraværende. Igen blev fejlen rettet. "We arrived early and decided to visit Le Petit. The staff were immediately welcoming and happy to show us around. The apartments exceeded our expectations, and from that moment, we couldn’t wait for our reservation. When we finally checked in, the experience over our 5-night stay was exceptional. From the decor and facilities to the staff and food I scored this a solid 5/5. "

"The Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo is spotlessly new, classy, and very well managed. The staff are friendly and very professional. The neighbourhood is one of the safest and most upscale in Kampala. However, unlike some of the other big high-end hotels in the city, they dont offer a buffet for dinner consistently."

"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."

The breakfast is ordered via reception on the evening before, and the choices are rich. Since I was the only guest in the whole hotel I had the whole attention of the staff for myself... what a luxury. The hotel is not top-shot in Kampala, but definitely worth the money paid. The only disadvantage is the loud Lumumba Avenue, however,...
