A beautiful, bright, 95-square-meter attic apartment in a two-family home on a stunning 2,500-square-meter lot with mature trees, lawns, and views of the countryside, located right on the western edge of Lüneburg (Reppenstedt). Idyllic! You can spot deer, hares, and foxes in the adjacent field. Gray herons, woodpeckers, and many garden birds love to live here, proving just how attractive the property is.
You can reach Lüneburg’s historic downtown in just a few minutes by car, bus, or bike. But a walk to Lüneburg is also a great option. In Reppenstedt, you’ll find everything you need for daily life.

The apartment features a cozy living/dining room with a wood-burning stove and TV. A comfortable corner sofa and an armchair invite you to relax, and you’ll also find “Uno,” “Backgammon,” and a “Schmidt game collection” available.
Wi-Fi (fiber-optic internet) and Netflix are available. Two regional daily newspapers are available via a tablet, and a Bluetooth speaker plays your music.

The kitchen is very well equipped (refrigerator/freezer combo, stove with exhaust hood venting to the outside, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, pans, pots, and much more). A patio with a table, chairs, and a parasol is available for your use in the garden. A charcoal grill is available for use. The garden shed also has space for up to two bicycles. The garden shed is lockable.
If needed, a basement storage room can be provided by prior arrangement.

Behind the house, you’ll also find a parking area (usually enough for two cars and not visible from the street). In addition, there’s ample street parking (30 km/h zone).

A bus stop is within walking distance. The next stop is Lüneburg! You can also reach the train station without having to transfer. From there, you can reach Hamburg Central Station in about 30 minutes. Lüneburg’s public transit system is already part of the Hamburg Transport Association. In Reppenstedt (at another bus stop), the seasonal Heideshuttle also stops—a loop line (Ring 5) that takes you to Döhle in the Lüneburg Heath and also allows you to bring your bike (please check the details of this service yourself).
